1. Shipping Coverage

PetJoy supports worldwide shipping. We currently ship to most countries and regions, including the United States, Canada, the United Kingdom, EU countries, Australia, New Zealand, and major Asian countries. Some remote areas may not be eligible for delivery, which will be automatically detected at checkout.

2. Delivery Time

3. Shipping Rates

• Free standard shipping on orders over $49 USD
• For orders below the free shipping threshold, shipping fees are calculated based on destination and package weight, displayed automatically at checkout
• Some promotional events may offer additional free shipping benefits

4. Order Processing

After order confirmation, we will process and ship within 1-3 business days. Processing time is separate from delivery time. During holidays and promotional periods, an additional 1-2 business days may be required. Once shipped, you will receive an email notification with the tracking number.

5. Order Tracking

All orders can be tracked through the "My Orders" page on our website. You can also use the tracking number from your email to check the latest shipping status on the carrier's official website. If tracking information hasn't been updated for an extended period, please contact us at [email protected].

6. Undelivered & Lost Packages

If your order has not been delivered within 15 business days beyond the estimated delivery time, please contact us promptly. After verification, we will either reship the order or issue a full refund. Additional shipping fees apply for delivery failures caused by incorrect addresses provided by the recipient.
